This is one of the main figures in the tea party. This figure was created by starting with a wooden armature. The face is carves and then mixed media elements, such as buttons and beads, were applied. Into her head are embedded small animals, such as birds and bunnies. These animals blend in and become part of her skin and hair, and speak of the non-separate nature of existence. |
